Pancho's In Auburn

Jake and I explored downtown Auburn and soon felt hungry. We decided to check out Pancho, which is located in the old ice cream shop downtown. The service was prompt and incredibly friendly. Even though we had placed a to-go order, our server provided us with water for the road while we waited. Just ten minutes later, we were enjoying delicious, freshly prepared food, complete with Mexican rice and a small salad, all for under 10 dollars. It was excellent!
