Love the atmosphere, the rib-eye steak was great! Clean restrooms! ???? prices were great also! Not too expensive!

We started off with the mac n cheese bites which were absolutely amazing and some great alcoholic beverages. My new favorite....Not Your Toomers Lemonade. AWESOME!!! Then we moved to The Burger and fries! Look how delicious. The second entree was the salmon which was also very tasty. Great friendly staff and service. Very helpful.

I didn?t realize this was a strictly outside location, but it was such a nice day I didn?t mind! There wasn?t a wait at all, so I loved that on a Friday night, got seated, but I hated how long it took for my waiter to acknowledge our table. But once he got to our table I understood why. If you are looking for great food and the environment, visit Live Oaks in Auburn, Alabama. The indoors are beautiful, but the outdoor ambiance is what you want. Enjoy a cool Alabama breakfast, as your tastebuds emerge from the region's favorite foods. I had the shrimp-n-grits, roasted chicken and pork, but the bread pudding is my favorite. We had the worst dining experience at Live Oaks this past Friday night. We were visiting our Auburn University student from out-of-state to celebrate her birthday. We were told there was a 25-minute wait, which turned into a 50-minute wait. When we were finally seated, we waited 2 full hours to receive our food, which was mediocre at best, when it finally arrived. The kitchen was completely overwhelmed with a very large party and could not accommodate the other patrons. Our waiter did not do anything to compensate for our awful dining experience. Management did not remove our appetizer or any entree or drinks from our bill. They brought us a bread pudding on the house, which we declined after being at the restaurant for over 2 hours and just wanted to leave and had no interest in a dessert. Management never came over to our table to apologize or address what was happening in the kitchen. Terrible customer service. We will never eat here again, due to how poorly the situation was handled.
