Crudo Fusion Kitchen - Auburn

They are completely closed. Out of business. We were able to make a reservation through Yelp. Found out from an employee the day of the reservation. Saved us a bit of confusion learning Crudo was closed before we showed up at the door.

Our food and service here were beyond perfection. We were very indecisive with our wine and beer selections. Our waitress noticed our struggles, asked us some questions about our preferences, and brought over some tasters to help us decide. We ordered a few appetizers, including the Brussels sprouts, to share which were all outstanding. Our waitress suggested ordering the Tom Kha Coconut Soup. It was so rich and flavorful. I'd go back for that soup alone.

Extremely slow service. Open seating, they bring out the menu. Not enough menus, no raw and drinks menu given. Wait 15 minutes, they want to start taking order, asked for raw and drinks menu. Wait another 15 minutes. At this point we should have left. But we’re invested now. Finally ordered. Drinks were flat. Old taps. Champagne seemed watered down. Oysters were butchered. Shells and muscles eviscerated all over. That was a crunchy affair. Over fried/cooked fish and chips. Chips were burnt. Total dining time 2hrs and 40min. We had to get our own check to sign.

Well...we sat for over an hour waiting for our food and when it arrived it was room temperature. Still tastes ok but for the price it should have come out hot. Portions are an ok size but when service is bad, I don't care how good or bad the food is, if things take forever and come out like it's been sitting for a long time, it's just not good. We've been a couple times but this was bad.

The food here is truly unique, fresh, and fun. The wait staff was amazing, and everything was fantastic! Will definitely come back!
