Arby's - Auburn

The roast beef sandwich was very tasty with their horseradish sauce.

Asked for the burger with NO BACON, got s burger wirh bacon. 41 bucks down the drain

Tonight i visited the Auburn, MA Arby's and ordered a slider kids meal with curly fries and water, along with the new bacon burger. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. First, the bacon burger was a mess. It was drenched in sauce that dripped with every bite, making it difficult and unpleasant to eat. Additionally, the burger was overcooked; it was well-done, contrary to the medium-well expectation set by the menu picture and commercials. The service at this particular location was even more disappointing. Despite explicitly asking where the sliders for the kids' meal were on the menu, I was charged separately for a bottle of water and fries in addition to the sandwich-only burger I had ordered. The cashier had directed me to the top left of the menu for the sliders, but I still ended up with the wrong order. When I realized the mistake and went back through the line to address it, I was rudely told that my receipt showed I hadn't ordered a slider. This was incredibly frustrating, as the error was clearly on their part, not mine. Overall, this experience left everyone involved upset and me compelled to write this review. I cannot recommend this Arby's location. If you're looking for accurate orders and decent service, I suggest you steer clear of this place.

Arby's always delivers. The roast beef is like no other. It melts in your mouth. Arbys sauce rules. And who doesn't like the horsey sauce? The potato cakes are gone, but they still make a great roast beef, and now they have curly fries in replace. You can never have something as good that replaces the potato cake Mr Arbys. Never. I usually get 2 they stores are so sparce in Massachusetts.

Love everything about Arby 's with exception of value. A bit too pricey for fast food
