Braceria San Lorenzo

Small, very well-kept grill restaurant in the center of Viterbo. My review is intended as a criticism for the managers who in my opinion are good and dedicate body and soul to their business. Speaking purely about the food, I give one more star of encouragement (otherwise for me it would be 2) I tried two first courses, both decent but overly seasoned. Way too much! (It 's a shame because the handmade ravioli was quality). The meat, a fillet with colonnata lard with honey and walnuts, was without infamy or praise. Unfortunately it arrived cold, this made things even worse but in any case the raw material was not excellent. The portions are generous, the prices medium high but it is a business activity therefore I consider them adequate. Being a trader like them, I am aware that you can make mistakes and I am sure that they will improve more and more. I will return and certainly with the belief that they will amaze me with their food and I will be able to give 5 stars. Come on guys, you have so much potential.

Terrible experience, very nice place, all ruined by an environment with temperatures that were too high (two air conditioners at 28 degrees), brazier inside the room with a very rude chef who, ordered cut rare and arrived super cooked only to ask to be able to make another one as a rare request, he begins to get angry, treat the waiters badly and practically bring the meat back after 1 hour just because we requested it again! Really bad the next day we were sick all day. I'm sorry about the place because it's really very nice
