This time I have difficulty finding the right words to describe the goodness of the dishes. I opened my dances with an appetizer made of a Roman pine forest made with mortadella, stracciatella and pistachios. I continued with rape and potatoes, tripe and beans and to finish ravioli with porcini and truffle. I noticed the tavern has a good wine card. of course it could not miss the dessert: the cantucci prepared by the chef. I recommend to all to stop at the hostess manfredi: umberto and his staff are waiting for you with open arms.
