Kfc - Atoka

Every single time I come to this location the service is horrible. I’m not one to complain or leave bad reviews but I really think this location needs better managing. My orders are always late, customers are always saying they’ve been waiting for 30 minutes to an hour. Tonight a man came up to me saying “good luck” because he had waited for an hour. After me and my boyfriend waited 30 minutes they told us they couldn’t do our order because their tenders were frozen. On top of that the employees are always moving slow despite the backed up drive through and customers waiting in line not being seen. I’m just going to start going to the millington location because they get it right! I hope this location will get better.

NO STARS!!! Food was cold, chicken was over greasy, biscuits were hard rock, fries dry and missing mash potatoes with our family meals… I did go back to store and was given new fries, mashed potatoes and biscuits. So dissatisfied with ordered. I never going here again. Wish I could get a refund. Place smelled like urine, dinning area dirty and drink machine nasty. Much help needed there.

Every time I order from here I am missing parts of the order. Clearly these hoodrats cannot read.

We went here twice and said never again. We placed an order to go, and like an idiot i didn't ck the bag before we left. Got home, and they left stuff off our order. Sigh. Husband drove all the way back, only to have to wait a long time no apology, nothing. They literally don't care. Maybe they have different employees since we went there, but I guess we'll never know bc we sure won't go back.

I came to KFC Atoka Tuesday March 5 and I ordered my grandson 3 Chicken tenders and 4 biscuits, the biscuits were not done at all he got 1 that was a ball of dough, a couple of them maybe went in the oven 2 minutes but when he pulled them apart nothing but dough, now coming from the mouth of a 9 year old KFC is trying to kill me he also said I wanted some biscuits I apologized to him but couldn 't do anything about it
