Didn’t get water or drinks until after we had meal. Unacceptable was also told I had no reservations which I clearly did but they made me wait anyway. Will never return food was not as good as prior visits either

I booked the reservation for 6 people at 6. It was my 30th birthday so I put it in the reservation notes. When I arrived the hostess said they didn’t have a reservation under my name or phone number. I had a confirmation number and email to which I showed her. She radioed someone- then just asked for my name and number and said I’d receive a text when the table was ready. When we received the text and were headed downstairs she saw 6 of us and said she didn’t know there were 6 in the party and said it was a table for 2. I was annoyed but they fixed it we sat down. She wasn’t that friendly or apologetic. We received our appetizers within 5 minutes of ordering them yet waited over 20 minutes for our drinks- only 2 were cocktails the others were wine and beer. We immediately ordered a second round. Another 20 minutes til we received those. Only AFTER we paid our tab and tipping over 20% did anyone acknowledge my birthday and brought a cheesecake. Service was mediocre at best. Restaurant was not even full at all. I understand being short staffed but this was absolutely ridiculous and I work in a fine dining restaurant in the city. This place has gone completely down hill; the only good thing I can really say was that the food was good.

Had a wonderful meal, wasn’t crowded and the service was outstanding!

Was very disappointed that PF Changswas not participating in Restaurant Week..

We visited for my husband's birthday. Our OpenTable reservation wasn’t found when we arrived, but fortunately, the restaurant wasn't too busy and was able to accommodate us. The server was very pleasant. There was a slight delay in receiving our items, possibly because they weren't anticipating such a large crowd later on. It had been a few years since our last visit, and the remodel looks fantastic! We will definitely come back.
