American Cut - Atlantic City

Great service and atmosphere during our birthday dinner. I ordered the NY Strip while my wife ordered the Lamb Chops. Both were cooked for perfection. We shared the potato side that was plentiful for both of us. The waiting staff was very attentive and cordial. Our waterglass was never empty. Will definitely return.

First, the staff here is good, our waiter Matt was great, he was attentive and went quite well over the menu. The food was delicious the crabcake appetizer was very delicious and had no fillers, the scallops were very delicious. My wife fell in love with the Collie flower that she brings you the whole thing as if you got it in the supermarket with a sauce that puts it over the top.

Reservation process was easy. Immediately seated. Service was amazing. John was very attentive to our needs. Food portions were plentiful. One steak was more than enough for two people. Outstanding service all around... definitely will be back!!

My first time here and I had a great experience! Food was absolutely delicious. I got the surf and turf. My steak was cooked to perfection and the lobster was melt in your mouth good. Our waiter, Adam, was very attentive to our needs and provided top of the line service. Will definitely be coming back when I visit Atlantic City again!

This was an amazing restaurant with a great atmosphere, both visually appealing and friendly people. The whole food was exquisite and the upper end. Prices are a little expensive, but what I would expect for such good quality food. All we had was perfectly cooked. The staff needs more time to ensure that you have everything you want and will adapt everything. You're ready to explain everything you have questions. I am pleased to come back here for special occasions. Everything in the restaurant was very clean, organized and well maintained.
