Sugar Cane Authentic Cuban Food

This place makes amazing food! I'm trying to stop at least once when I come from New York. I always go with a Cuban sandwich, but it's really one of the best I had!! Many traditional offers are served by friendly staff at fair prices!

Went on an early weekday evening, and 100% glad we ate here. Service was fast, staff friendly, and many options for food and drink. Enjoyed drinks, appetizers and classic Cuban sandwich good enough to want to save half so could enjoy for lunch the next day. Spices were true to flavors and way above a sandwich standards. Will be back again to try another dish!

The restaurant features pig-themed decor and pulled pork dishes. I had some fantastic Cuban food while in South Florida, but the meals here were just mediocre. The flavors were decent, but nothing stood out. The prices were reasonable, but the portions were on the smaller side. The rice didn’t taste fresh. The ambiance of the place is nice, but despite an empty nearby restaurant, the service was rather slow. Our waitress was friendly, but she forgot to provide us with menus and never brought our appetizers. I really wanted to love this place, but it fell short of my expectations. Tip: This spot is good for a quiet meal that won’t break the bank.

My favorite Cuban restaurant! The first time I walked in, everyone was dancing on the floor as if there was some kind of special celebration happening (no one even greeted me, by the way). You know you're in for a treat when the OWNER is the one making your drinks! I was absolutely amazed by the appetizers! I can't wait to come back! The waiter with the awesome curly hair—I nicknamed him "Curls" because his hair is fantastic! Thank you for giving me such a wonderful time! Cubans truly are magnificent! Who's ready to buy a ticket to Cuba?

Tonight, my wife and I had a late lunch/early dinner and decided to order the paella. We called ahead to let them know when we would arrive, and we were not disappointed. The portion was huge, and we even had leftovers to take home. It was really good!
