Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I arrived at the drive-thru at 9:40 PM, knowing they were closing at 10 PM. I waited for 10 minutes at the order box, and then I noticed a worker taking out the trash from the back while the door was slightly open. I greeted her, and she just waved her finger at me, which I took to mean that she would be with me shortly, so I replied that it was okay. After waiting another five minutes, with about five cars behind me, I noticed that all the lights were turned off, even though it was only 9:55 PM, not 10!

I want to start by acknowledging Anthony for his politeness—thank you! I usually enjoy Zaxby’s and have had more kickin’ chicken sandwiches than I can count over the years. Unfortunately, my experience at this location was disappointing. The sandwich I received was dreadful; it had barely any sauce, and the chicken tenders were nearly dry, with only the one in the center offering any moisture, and even that was lacking. I brought this issue to the attention of someone who seemed to be a manager, even showing him my unappetizing sandwich. His response was that I should have ordered extra sauce when I made my order. Given that the tenders are supposed to be coated in sauce, this shouldn’t have been an issue. A little better customer service could have made this a non-issue.

I’m not really sure how to express it, but my experience at the restaurant was not good. When I got home, I called the restaurant and was told to come back for a replacement. I added my name to a list and confirmed that I wouldn't need my receipt. A week later, when I went to pick up the meal, the person in charge insisted that I provide a receipt. Unfortunately, he couldn't find my name on the list as we had discussed.

This was the worst food I have ordered from Zaxby's. I got the loaded chicken bacon and ranch fries. The fries had no seasoning on them. There was hardly any chicken, ranch, or bacon. I basely paid for an over price order of unseasoned nasty fries.

Horrible customer service. You?re offering a promotion but couldn?t assist me with receiving the promotion. If I could have given you zero stars it would have been done.
