My service at Willy's was absolutely fantastic. I intentionally got a kiss meal and it was very fulfilling. I enjoyed the service and the atmosphere was pretty good. Willy' is a great place to go and take kids with you. Prices are greatVegetarian options: Beans, lettuce, tomato salsa

Such a friendly place!!! Loved interacting with all the employees, who were great at serving food! Food was excellent, the music was good and at a good volume. Was a great place to eat and have conversations with my adult daughter while we waited for Atlanta traffic to get less busy.Food: 5/5

The Thursday crew is great. As soon as you walk in there, it is a friendly vibe. Right from the beginning and til the end, it was fun. The food was fresh and my family ate all of it up. Ladies keep doing your thang down there. I will definitely be back.Food: 5/5

Man, this is a difficult review to write as a long time Willy 's patron and evangelist, but this location is just awful. I don 't like to complain but it 's been multiple recurring experiences at this location, and at this point, I 'm just going to drive to the Piedmont Park Willy 's or not go at all.Last time I went, just visually, it was immediately obvious that the salsa did not look right. Informed the staff and afterwards was told it was just tomato paste.Went today and the containers that had the food had caked up all along the sides--does not look clean or appetizing. Generally dirtier than other locations. Drink machine out of order. Taste wise, it was like they forgot to add salt... to everything. Green salsa was bland and so were my tacos. It was pretty empty when we showed up. We ate outside and Employee A came out to tell Employee B I need you in here. Employee B irritably replied For what?! and walked back inside. A third Willy 's employee was outside smoking a cigarette and threw it on the ground. (common, still not appreciated) After we walked back in to put back our trays, there was a massive line. We went out the other side to where we were parked and Employee B was out there relaxing and looking at his phone not 5 minutes after Employee A requested help. Embarrassing display of unprofessional behavior and complete disregard for the feelings of his team and the feelings of the customers waiting to be served. Not a great look.The people working the line and register were friendly which is always appreciated.Some easy fixes could get this place back on track, but today 's experience at this location was lackluster.
