Girls night out equals half priced bottles of wine! The little gem is located right in Town Brookhaven and the perfect go to on a Wednesday night.

I ordered a MoussakaIt arrived looking like a **** literally It was a box containing sauce and a couple of lumpy bits.

I was in town for the weekend with a friend and found this cute little place after church on Sunday.

Super dependable in the maintenance department. You put in a maintenance request online and its usually done in a day (sometimes they even show up day-of). Overall had a great time living here. Place is clean, neighbors are nice. We don't plan on renewing our lease just because its a little too pricey for us and we want more space (moving from a 1 bedroom to a 2) but from our experience you get quality living conditions and great service if you're willing to pay the price.

The Goodwynn is a very well kept and welcoming apartment complex, my family and I love living here, we couldn't ask for anything better. The staff are very friendly and will make sure you are taken care of, the community and atmosphere are everything we were looking for. I'm proud to call Goodwynn home.
