Bidrage med feedbackI had an amazing experience at the restaurant! The service was exceptional; my server even went the extra mile to help with my Instagram videos. The food was delicious, and the sauce was absolutely fantastic! I'm really impressed!
I visited this restaurant for the first time and it will definitely be the last. The prices are too high for the small portions offered. We waited 20 minutes before anyone came to serve us, and when someone finally did, it turned out to be one of the managers. They must have lost their liquor license because they weren't serving any alcohol, including beer or wine. She hardly checked in on us after that. The music could have been enjoyable, but it was difficult to hear due to the poor-quality speakers. Additionally, the bathrooms were unpleasant. I do not recommend this place.
Service with an attitude. This was definitely not a great experience!! The service was poor , the waitress was a horrible communicator, the restrooms were very dirty , not to mention there was no soap. They add 18 percent auto gratuity . They were serving free mimosas and the waitress never offered . This is definitely not a place to go if you’re looking for a great dining experience! No diet drinks at all?? This was my first and last visit !
I'm very disappointed. First, they have no alcohol. None of the drinks you see on the website are available. They didn't have sodas either. Just sweet tea and lemonade. The food was good and hot. That's why I gave 2 stars. The bathrooms were stinking and unclean. The whole atmosphere needs an update and sterile cleaning. They offer valet parking at a strip mall. They block parking spaces, so you have to use valet parking. Hopefully, things will change because I will never go back there the way they are now.
Never going back here. I use to love the boiler. My friend and I went on Fri evening and it was about 6 ppl in there as customers. When we are seated we learn that there is NO alcohol but they have complimentary mimosas ?. This should have been a sign to leave however, we stayed. We have one waitress and then we no longer see her and what appears to be a busboy comes and take our order. Food comes back and the chicken wings seem like old reheated garbage, the seafood combo I ate was overpowered by the sauce and seasoning to the point I felt sick and didn’t even eat half of it. The person who we originally thought was our waitress comes and goes with zero acknowledgment of our table and won’t even look our way. The busboy finally comes and bring mimosas where one glass had a lipstick stain and the other had black dots throughout the drink. At this point we were over it so we get the original waitress and advise her we’re ready for the check she says she will let our waiter know. So I’m guessing they just completely switched. I say alll of that to say..As an HR professional for a major retailer, the customer service and overall experience in this establishment this day was absurd based on the fact that one you do not have the alcohol/drinks that you are known for and what attracts ppl to your place of business, there was no one there for the customer service to lack in ANY way, if you were busy I could totally understand but when you have employees lily gagging around and no acknowledgement of the tables except what is required bring food bring drinks and take orders) it almost makes it pointless to have waiters and waitresses. Customer service needs to be addressed in this place if it last any longer and I will say acknowledgement goes a LONG way when it comes to customer service so I hope it is addressed and or corrected.
