Steak 'n Shake - Atlanta

I got the garlic burger, he was very pleased. A little fat but good. koks zero was good, sign good maintenance on machine

I went to Steak 'n Shake today for lunch and had a unpleasant experience! After we ordered we waited 30 minutes for our food and they got two parts of our order wrong. They took a very long time to replace the items. I do not recommend this restaurant unless you want to wait 1 hour for food. The food was fine, but the service was upsetting.

18 minutes at the window for a burger, shake and fries. I timed it and employees never said a thing.

Don't ask to take my order then tell me you are out of multiple menu items. Staff should not consume beverages during food service or prepare.

Sat in line for an hour. The drive thru leaves you stuck between the restaurant and concrete wall so you can't leave until you have already ordered. The burgers were so greasy they were barely edible.
