Bidrage med feedbackStay away! they're by far the worst deaducks I've ever had. they don't know how to make coffee and when they complain, the manager is rude and dismissed! I called her company office to file an official complaint. for a good cup dieucks coffee and friendly staff, go over the road to whole foods shopping center.
I came this morning with my service dog as I take everywhere and the woman (koema) in the back said he was not allowed. I advised her that he was service and she smashed her lips and said that I went on to ask how can she see his training due to his look. she turned me around and I still advised her I'm epileptic and she didn't even tell me to talk to her. then I was informed that she was the manager. the rest of men were wonderful workers
I run every other Saturday the beltline and most of the paints I stop at the diet for a venti iced coffee and impossibility sausage sandwich. first of all from the casser not eye contact and was not friendly or polite. my sandwich was burned, I asked a new one that was much better. the employees were cold and insensitive. it's funny became the customer after I was greeted with a hallo and smile! I will not visit this page again!
It gives me great pleasure to do this review. I travel by bike past three Starbuck's coffee shops just to get to this location where I feel like I count as everyone that graces their door. You can expect a Hello and Welcome when you walk through the door. Arlo, has the biggest smile and its genuine you can feel it radiating through the room. Jermaine and Bilal are quick on the toes heavy on the smiles and service. Dustin and Frank, can be found walking the restaurant to assure that everything is in order and that every guest is happy. Frank, is such a community service kind of guy that he makes sure those that are less fortunate are alright if they come through the door I've appreciated his love for people as I've watched him purchasing coffee with his own hard earned cash for the guys hoping to catch a job for the day. Jayda, although very quiet she is a proficient and expedient Barista. I could name all the employees and give positive feedback however these stand out to if not to all then most guest It really makes a difference when you feel as though you are not just monetary gain for the business. This place has the term HOSPITALITY down to a science. Facts!!! OH YEAH, The order process is speedy, accurate, and appreciated. How can you ask for more and The coffee is Awesomesauce. Update: I have learned that Ms. Jayda does talk and is quite a witty young lady. You got to love this location!!!!
Starbucks is awesome the staff is really not that friendly and I watch the lady spend six dollars for bottle of water and ask for a cup of ice and they told her no come on people you're inside Macy's give the woman a cup of ice really you know she's not just in there freeloading. Have a little bit more politeness and respect to your customers
