Starbucks Coffee - Atlanta

The crew there is great. They're all friendly and go the extra mile to put a smile on your face. There is one batista in particular, Christi (i think), who is hilarious, charming and always has the witty banter. She's awesome!

Their machine went down at some point before or while I was there and thanks to the maintenance guy being there I was able to fix my moped in the parking lot (with his tools) Potholes all down Piedmont drive broke my muffler's screw in half so I had to rig my muffler to stay on again. (Zipties) Great coffee, plenty of chargers for laptops and phone chargers. Steady traffic coming through, almost nonstop.

This Starbucks is fine, however I think that after about 25 visits here, it's the people in the area. They are somewhat rude and only caring about themselves, and will push you aside to get ahead of you. You can usually tell this by the atmosphere when it is somewhat busy. Once there the manager watched how another guest treated me , and though I was not looking for anything, she gave me a gift card due to other rude people.

Visited on November 14th at 3pm. Best customer service I’ve received at a Starbucks in a long time! The two employees were so friendly. Wish I had gotten their names. Keep bringing that ole skool Starbucks warmth! Plus my drink was perfect.

Visited just after a rather large event in the area. We moved through the line very quickly despite the large number of customers. The staff were engaging and cheerful. The drinks were prepared as ordered without any issues. Would definitely go again.
