When I got to the window, I inquired if they had pumpkin loaf and decided to add it to my order while they were preparing my drink. One of the four employees standing there remarked in a sarcastic and rude tone, "Did she order it at the window? Real nice." There was only one customer inside and no other cars behind me. Overall, it wasn't the best way to start my morning.
I had a lovely visit at this particular Starbucks today, great little spot for lunch I love the egg bites they ate spectacular and so yummy. The staff was friendly and warm and very polite they provided excellent customer service in both the restaurant and the drive thru and I certainly recommend it for coffee dates or wherever, whenever, meetings, interviews or anything of that nature that you have going on stop in and get you a latte!
Excellent coffee and locations. However, the drive through lane has slow down more and more over the years. I?m guessing it?s due to the labor shortage. Hope things go back to normal soon
I typically use the drive-thru when I'm in this area, but this time I decided to order ahead and walk inside. Unfortunately, I found the store to be quite dirty, with hardly anything in the displays, giving it a very neglected appearance. The loud music playing was not what you would expect in a coffee shop. I wasn’t greeted by anyone, even though there were three employees chatting and laughing among themselves instead of working. In total, I ended up waiting over 10 minutes in the store (20 minutes since I placed my order) just for three drinks. When I finally got them, the employee just handed them to me with a disinterested “here.” I was really disappointed and won’t be returning!
It's challenging to fully enjoy a drink at this establishment when my order is consistently incorrect, and the presence of homeless individuals both inside and outside the premises is concerning. I suggest adding a recycling bin inside the restaurant for better environmental practices. Additionally, it might be worth considering measures to address the safety of your patrons by managing access for individuals who may pose a risk.
