Bidrage med feedbackFantastic! here with a big group that made 2 rounds of the bombs, not only that they take care of us, I don't even think I ran out of water. sushi was fantastic and everything quickly came to the table!
The personal was very rude and outrageous. when we complained about the attitude of the waiter, they have made our food really bad. the water down the sauces, the underboiled and over spiced our food and eating my friend had actually fed in it. it was very obvious and they are extremely unprofessional. never eat here.
It has been years when I had ru sans and with the taste for sushi and to be in the edgewood area, I thought I would try out this particular situation. best is to eat the weekend that most places are usually not so busy, so it didn’t take long to take place or take my order. the waitress was amazing and polite. she even gave me miso soup as an appetizer on the house. I had never had miso soup, but after I heard her, I am a fan and I will have it more in my future. it is a ground of Dashi substance, soy, seal salt and rice koji. it is extremely tasteful. they have in the regular midday specialties around midday to about 2, so I had just missed it, but they have tons of reduced sushi rolls on their menu of 1 6. I decided to try 1 southern hospitality roll 9.95 5 large pieces with crispy oysters and spinat, 2 spicy chicken rolls 1.75 3 pieces rolled grilling with spicy thun fish sauce, 3 crispy calamari rolls 2.75 3 pieces spicy fried calamari rolle. had no long sushi never for my waitress to bring my entree out maybe 5 7mins, and I give out of all the 3, the crispy calamari roll was my fav followed by the spicy chicken roll. I ate all lol but the calamari roll was the best. from a healthy point of view the southern hospitality would be recommended because it has the spinat that takes over the entire roll. there was something utter taste, but they literally taste spinat, which is not bad when they like spinat. the spicy chicken roll was good, but the thun fish sauce above was the icing on the cake for me. the thun-fish sauce gives the chicken a somewhat cold taste, but it is still good overall. the crispy calamari roll was good from the inside. the crispy taste of calamari and its spice was enough for me, but when you did it in the spicy mayo, perfect 10. lol ru sans is a good place for a chill-date, solo-outing or even a fast meal with a friend. good place in the inner and there are more than enough parking spaces on the parking lot, but only know that there is not the only place there so that it can be packed in this first parking space, but there is still much space. I will definitely try some other rolls again as well as some other suppenings.
I cost everything. killed all my food. they add an automatic 18-degree line for dune in, but that's good. will be back.
The Only reason why I’m posting is because the manager just said “why are you calling”? This shocked me. After letting her know the quality was not up to par.I originally began my sentence with high praise that I liked coming to the restaurant because the prior quality was ok. I don’t like it here but I understand to hit w good news first I told her I like to order here but this is not quality this time, there’s no quality control on this food or this order. She then told me, “well you’re not getting a refund so why are you telling me.” I was shocked I calmly said mam I didn’t ask for a refund or free food I’m letting you know because this order compared to previous is not EDIBLE or APPETIZING you may need to look into your cooks. She said you’re the only one complaining tonight… well mam did everyone get the Powerbuilder? Are you saying because others didn’t complain mines is not legitimate or worth hearing?. I’m not understanding the logic especially when I said 3 times I don’t want anything I’m telling you so you can make it better so I can come back. I always order from Ru sans buckhead the quality and service is way better. I wouldn’t even take the time to write here had she just took some form of consideration for my complaint and now you have to see it here because you treated me like garbage which is exactly what you served. I shared this meal with a friend of mine who commented it looked like dog food. Nothing mattered to her after my order was complete which obviously is the same for this food. I even asked does that mean my complaint is not legitimate since no one else said anything she just stumbled on more defensive words saying I’m not getting any free food which I never asked for not one time. It’s so stereotypical to think black paying customers would want this and this is exactly how I felt. Which is ridiculous. I’ll be calling the Better Business Bureau first thing tomorrow as well as a couple other calls. Mam this isnt food!!! Not only that but it was warm and that’s the last thing you want sushi to be. More importantly whst are you actually managing when you can’t take a complaint serious snd legitimize it by saying no one else complained like everyone is getting the same platter at the same time by the same cook??? So if I get sick I know where to go ….for the last time QUALITY CONTROL. If you don’t care about your customers why are you in business and this is not the first time I felt disrespected. I thought I was trippen at first until tonight. I definitely felt it. I hate to pull the race card so I’m not but I wonder if I were an older white woman if the same dialogue would have happened. I’m just saying.I can almost guarantee after this post there will be more of an effort to defend this 100 factual statement I’m placing here instead of taking accountability and for them to look at themselves, food quality and customer service and treating everyone with respect. Now I’m placing my energy into this. All you had to do was listen abs respond w care abs respect.
