Republic Social House - Atlanta

I visit this restaurant quite often, but after the service I experienced this weekend, I don't think I'll be coming back. I was seated on the rooftop and it took about 20 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge my presence. After that, it took over 15 minutes to get my drink, another 15 minutes for my order to be taken, and over 30 minutes to finally receive my food. When my order did arrive, the wings I had ordered looked incredibly small — honestly, I've never seen wings that tiny before. It was quite disappointing! I’m not sure what’s going on at this place, but this was by far the worst experience I've had. Management really needs to step up their game.

I wish I had discovered this place sooner! The service was quick and friendly, with all team members showing great hospitality. The food was fresh and delicious, and the drinks were just right! Additionally, I've never been to a restaurant that offered such a perfect high chair for my little nephew! What a great experience!

We arrived and were a bit delayed in getting our drinks, which was understandable since the restaurant was busy. However, our food took over an hour to arrive, and the waitress only checked on us once during that time, close to when we initially placed our orders. Meanwhile, other tables that arrived after us received their meals without issue. We had to ask about our food just to get an update. When our order finally came, we all had wings, but they were completely dry. One of our friends ordered mozzarella sticks that never showed up, and when we inquired, the waitress told us they were out of them—an hour later. She mentioned that we would receive a discount for the long wait, but when we got the check, there was no discount or even an apology for the delay. Despite being one of our favorite places, we will not be returning, and we'll be advising our friends to save their time as well.
