Bidrage med feedbackTerrible service, over an hour to get drinks over two hours to get food. The staff was very rude. One of the female managers did not want to fix any of the problems for us. Originally, they tried to put our table up in a hot room. Awful, will never go back.
The quality of the food was not what I expected it was here for my first experience.
The menu was to mainstream sushi and was very American. The floors were slippery with chemical.
Great atmosphere, loved the ambience and mood, good music. The drinks were really good, definitely would be back for happy hour, the drinks took a long time to come, but it was busy. The food came out quickly, the food was okay.
My 7 colleagues and I went there for an informal business lunch. I booked a reservation. The host was nice and personable, he made jokes. We thought, 'okay so far, so good. ' There were barely 10 guests in the restaurant at the time. But during the almost 2 hours that we were there, service was EXTREMELY SLOW. It took over an hour for 3 of us to receive our teas and lemonade. The food came out sporadically. Mine was lukewarm and my manager 's was dry. One of my team members actually walked towards the kitchen window and got his food from the waitress. However, he NEVER RECEIVED THE 2ND PORTION OF HIS FOOD. Water glasses were empty. For the last 30-35 minutes that we were there, we didn 't even see our server again. When we were leaving, we spoke to 1 of the managers (who was sitting with another manager, having an enjoyable lunch of their own it seemed). She was calm and adjusted the bill for the unreceived food and she also offered some type of 'friendship card ' (I forgot the actual name of it) that could be used at any of their restaurants. However, I turned it down. What mostly bothered me about this experience wasn 't just the bad service. It was the lack of urgency on the part of the servers and the poor leadership. It seemed as if none of them thought anything was wrong or even understood WHY we were so bothered. We definitely didn 't tip.
