Amazing experience they need to try at least once. the hotel has a Michelin-star restaurant. the employees are well trained and at points. Eat and drink quality are excellent and treated with great care.

This is by far one of the best sushi experiences I've ever had. the chef was very pleasant and informative what he served. my server, sandy, was super attentive and very friendly! my date and I enjoyed it here and I hope to come back!

Best Grandmakase experience I had. yun was incredibly attentive to the detail, much knowing goes into the procurement of the freshest ingredients weekly (many of them are flew from japan, alaska, spanien). limited seats and only a few dinner services per week make this a very special experience. can not beat the quality at this price

I reserved this experience for my husband's birthday. This was our first omakase, and we had a miraculous time. This is one of the rare food experiences that feels almost transportive. Our menu that evening was a 20-course meal. There were a total of 8 people only, so our small group had Chef Yun and his staff's undivided attention. Our waitress was the sweetest, most attentive person we could ask for. And Chef Yun took the time to explain each and every dish after presenting it. My eyes were glued to the deft action of food preparation in front of me, and I'm sure if you are lucky enough to attend, you will too. The sushi, sashimi, salads, soup, desserts were a great blend of traditional styles and modern, more contemporary ones. Watching Chef Yun and his assistant work is like telepathic magic... the most delicious kind. I highly recommend going.
