Mcdonald's - Atlanta

The staff is always very friendly, but forget about one or two quite regular. also from any reason, the taste/taste is very inconsistent. not quite sure how this is possible with a standardized menu and process over a whole franchise.

The nicest staff! very personally and helpful in relation to the brand of dog food I fed my dog. they were also very attentive to my dog.

The service here is terrible. I know it's almost food, but the crew and the shift leads are too immature, and they are slow, took me 20 minutes to get a coffee and apple pie if they had only 3 orders.

I wanted to use the toilet room before I ordered my food, because I am at a work lunch break, and they wouldn't allow me to use the toilet room before I ordered my food. my hands are super sticky and dirty from work as I work on the road. I don't want to touch anything else than I need to wash my hands. I don't want to say I'm going to another facility.

Ordered a quarter pounder deluxe meal w/o onions only 1 pc cheese. I got a plain qpc, no deluxe stuff, just plain w/1 pc cheese. Asked for a remake and received a qpc deluxe w/ 3 slices of cheese, so I asked for a manager and a remake again, finally got the order correct. 5 people, 3 burgers, 12 minutes, why is this so hard to do correctly the first time? 2- stars.
