As bad as any fast food. always hot, but catch stale greasy restaurant smell by auto thru window. Do you know how from the 90s before cleaning products advanced, but super hot, so all right?

Great eating, but cookies taste like they are not made and they were not warm as I said great food, but need work on their cookies

The sandwiches were burned around the edges. I think that was horrible to pay 5.99 for each impossible burger to have burgers that were not cooked correctly. You could clearly see that once you remove the buns, etc.. They should never have allowed the burned burgers to leave their establishment. They should have apologized and remade the sandwiches.

Just one more reason to go to OTHER neighborhoods to expect decent service without attitude and neck rolls and entitlement. I will be completing the survey in my receipt. Start customer service training, PLEASE.
