Bidrage med feedbackThis was our first time at Flemings and it was very good. Our server, Darnell, was always attentive and we never had to ask for refills etc. The Tomahawk Tuesday special is a great value and was superbly cooked. you will not be disappointed!
The food was fantastic, but the service was lacking.
I have visited this restaurant several times and never had to ask for anything, but this time was a letdown. I had to ask three times for a refill on my tea, the teamwork seemed lacking and the staff was not as attentive as they used to be. The table was not cleaned of my Splenda wrappers after I finished my tea, which used to be standard practice. Water refills used to be automatic, but now we had to ask for them. The worst part was when my friend, who was dining here for the first time, mentioned how this restaurant used to be top-tier for high-end steak dining, but now the service had declined. Even the seating was disappointing, as we were seated near a market table and the waiter had to apologize for it. I should have known it would be a bad experience, as the signs were there. I spoke to the general manager about my concerns, but I doubt his response will rectify the situation. Our bill came out to $250 without any alcoholic drinks, which is quite pricey for the service we received. I have decided not to return to this restaurant.
Our experience at the restaurant was amazing from the moment we arrived and valet parked. We were greeted by friendly hostesses and seated at our table. We started with the delicious Bleu cheese martini and old fashion with Basil Hayden, which were so good that we ordered a second round. The food was excellent! We enjoyed the Chilean sea bass and filet mignon, sharing each dish with each other. Our sides of creamed spinach and cauliflower were also flavorful. The portions were generous, from the duck to the supplements, and we left very satisfied and couldn't eat another bite. The overall experience was top-notch.
I was very disappointed at the experience of my family in this special Fleming’s. I am a great advocate of brand fleming and bring business partners routinely to restaurants in charlotte, greensboro houston. during my last visit with my family, however, we were baked in a small part of the Atlanta restaurant. it was so small that my head hit the portable tw that is probably used for business meetings. we had 6 people, a limited room and a terrible experience.
