I asked for a donut to be removed from my order and the Indian dame in the window refused to do it. she said it would cancel my whole order that she would have rerung up, but she refused and I ended more than I needed or wanted. I needed the rest of my order and after 20 minutes in the line I had no time to waste when I ran late. bad customer service ever. I've got this place, never go. travel to another place where they are treated better and properly.
On 12 september 2022 I ordered 2 icy latte and breakfast sandwich. When I finished my ice cold (which I thought was good), I decided to mix on some ice. When I looked in the kelch, I looked at something that was stuck in one of the ice cubes. it would not move with my finger and had to take my car key to move it. when I saw a frozen fly in the ice of my finished drink. I returned to the load and spoke to the staff (one of them said I told her about flying). After talking to the manager (East Indian woman), I was apologetic and returned my money for the drink. I shared that this is unacceptable and insecure and that it must get rid of the ice and make a cleansing that I am sure she didn't. this was not the first time I lost my money there. I usually try to avoid the morning rush because of other poor experiences with my eating. this place is in the necessity of new management / owner, because it seems that they do not hear, personal or customers and choose to serve to eat that they would not even give to their pet.
When the Indian man and the woman are present, everything runs smoothly with the orders. However, during my last ten visits, the bagel has consistently been cold and has barely any cream cheese on it. On this occasion, there was no hot coffee available in the entire establishment—only decaf. It's disappointing to see the quality decline.
This restaurant could better serve the community if the staff dressed professionally and appeared more motivated to work. The guy at the window in the blue apron was fantastic! He had a wonderful personality and was extremely friendly. Hopefully, he can inspire his coworkers to adopt the same positive attitude.
Such a shame. This location is so close to my house so I find myself going again and again hoping it gets better. But almost every time I’m disappointed. I have so many stories I could share but this one is just about my order this morning. I have gone to other Dunkin’s and ordered their avocado toast and its as large as the box and it’s toasted well so there is a nice crunch. This location, the bread is soooo small and they charge so much so I expect to at least get my money’s worth. This piece was gone in like 2 bites…They also must just microwave it because it’s always tough and rubbery making it very hard to chew. It makes me so sad because the people there are nice and have never been rude or unprofessional. Just awful food and also constantly gets my order wrong. Even when I order with the app. Such a shame. :
