Cook Out - Atlanta

I originally went to the one on Ponce, but this girl was horrible to me so I left because I wasn?t spending money there. This cookout is WAYYYY better, these girls are nice and courteous and that?s what I like. MANNERS!! Thank you for the great food:

Arrived 3:45 am on Tues 8/22 to purchase a milkshake, which unfortunately would 've been the first thing I 've ate in over 24 hours. The lady would not come to the take out window and mouthed we 're closed when clearly you were not as I seen multiple cars pull through the drive-thru. I understand sometimes restaurants do close early but this was clearly just a case of either pure laziness or not wanting to serve me because of the way I look. I have been eating here for years but after this occasion highly unlikely I 'll ever eat here again

I will warn you that the lines are deadly here on a Friday or Saturday in Atlanta, but this Cookout is NEVER slacking on their milkshakes. By far the best of any Cookout I've ever been to. I'd recommend the Reese's Oreo milkshake.

There was a wait in the drive through, not because of cars but because of wait taking orders. Disorganized. I ordered a shake with bananas and wasn't told they were out until the payment window. They offered another choice and the customer service was great. Made up for the wait. Also, the food and the newly discovered shake was delicious!! Worth the wait!

The food was tasty and served promptly. I highly recommend the cheddar-style burger and the chicken quesadilla. The cashier was friendly, which is always a nice touch at a fast food joint. I will definitely be back!
