Chipotle Mexican Grill - Atlanta

This place never seems to have anything in stock! They're always running out of important items like sweet dressings, salad toppings, and guacamole. It's consistently frustrating. Whoever is responsible for prep and orders at this location really needs to be replaced.

The service was quite poor. I understand the staff was short-handed, but my order sat behind the counter for 20 minutes. I had to place my order online due to a busy work schedule, and there was no way for me to know that my food was ready since they didn't call out my order or notify me. I would suggest only coming here if you have plenty of time to wait!

Food is typically good, but service leaves something to be desired. Systems are occasionally down, so you have to order pay throught the app eventhough you are standing right innthe store. And whennykuboder through the app, add another 10 mins or so to the selected pick up time. These folks typically run slow even when they're not busy.

This location doesn't not operate with professionalism. Expect unexpected closures (even after you place an order) without explanation. At times they will require you to order online even when you are in the store. Staff has a reputation of not being helpful or accommodating. Overall, this is not where you want to spend your money. Most people go to Chipotle for a quick and easy food option. This location is far from that.

I found it quite frustrating that this restaurant only offered online ordering on the day I chose to visit, especially since it was the second time I tried to place an order. I prefer to see my meal being prepared in real-time, and without that option, I wasn't satisfied. In my opinion, the best Chipotle experience is at the Toco Hills location.
