Chick-fil-a - Atlanta

Everytime I come here it?s always something. Missing food, missing sauce, half filled fries, long wait time, etc. Its always something. But look at this ?large? fry?.this is not even half filled which is what they normally do. They need management BAD.

There was a lunch rush so I thought taking out would be faster. ???? Not on this day?I think they may have been under staffed but the workers weren?t very attentive to orders. I received the food part of my order but had to wait 10 minutes to getsomeone?s attention just to get my drinks that were ready when my food was! Management used the customary -my pleasure when Ithanked him but the older woman who handed me my food and then turned her back as I tried to ask about my drinks was just rude!Normally I have at least one star better service here?might have to drive to Fairburn from now on. Better organized?

I don't consider myself anyone special, but I wanted to share my experiences at this restaurant, which is always busy whenever we go. I've visited a few times and found the service to be consistently average—no dramatic disagreements between staff and customers. The outdoor staff who take orders are typically quite efficient. Of course, we all have our off days, but at the end of the day, we can only control our own reactions. During my own overwhelmed moments as a parent, I genuinely appreciate the calm that this place brings into my life whenever I choose to eat out. When I order meals from here for my family, it allows me a moment to relax, knowing they’re enjoying food they love. I truly value these experiences. The wait was quite lengthy, but I anticipated it since there are always cars backed up out of the parking lot daily. The parking situation was chaotic. With so many vehicles trying to navigate the drive-thru, many parked cars—myself included—were trapped until those behind us could shift around. The customer service was excellent, as expected, but the hassle simply isn't worth it for the food.
