Imagine I'm waiting for my food and it never comes, then get a message from the door Dasher that says she's there, but she gave away my food. Instead of being over, they'll tell her to tell me to call Door Dash. Really? Where is customer service and the need to do things right? Very disappointed!
Breakfast in the Drive-Thru. I and my mother usually order nothing other than BEC cookies and hash browns. My order was wrong and it was a delivery by the mobile app with Doordash as delivery. Does not order directly Doordash and ultimately they will transfer the money to you. This place constantly offers cold food that is against the legacy and teachings of S Truett Cathy and Dan Cathy. As a former company employee, it is very creepy to experience the decline of Chick fil a Service. It is no longer a My Pleasure environment and service is incompatible with several sites. Always a little off here. The food is consistent so you really can't complain about that but the staff is lackluster if that. If you don't get a low energy worker you have to deal with them messing up an order or forgetting about you altogether. Today I was told to go to the VIP area to wait for coffee. Well they completely forgot about me and I had to make a ruckus. Probably out of all the Chick-fil-As I've been to across the country this is probably the least Chick-fil-A when it comes to service. Again, I think the staff tries their best, but they just may not have the skillset.
This is the worst eatery on the Westside of Atlanta. I ordered dinner for my family and of course the fries were over cooked and burnt. The first manager noticed and corrected it. Then I get home only to be missing the 2 strip that I paid for. I spoke with Kim who was the manager on duty. She didn?t try to accommodate me or anything. She just said she understood my frustration with a nasty attitude! After going back and forth she ended up replacing the strips. Never apologize or anything. Moving forward , I will be going to the Chick-fil-A on Cobb parkway. It?s sad you have to go on the other side of town for good customer service.
