Chick-fil-a - Atlanta

A few minutes before my scheduled pickup time, they called to check if I was still coming so they wouldn’t take the sandwiches out of the heating too early. Who does that? It’s such thoughtful service! Additionally, each box had a smiling face sticker, which was a nice touch. Overall, I was very impressed. Thank you so much! The kids absolutely loved the food!

We have nothing but great things to say about this place! We flew in from Texas and decided to stop for lunch. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty! Everyone was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic that we were there. Our server, Belinda, was fantastic! I believe she might be the manager, as I overheard her training the team, and she did a wonderful job. Thank you for such a fantastic experience!

His behavior was extremely unprofessional. I approached him in my car and asked if Chick-Fil-A was compensating him for this role. He completely ignored my question and went on to call me a "snowflake" in front of a colleague, thinking I wouldn't hear him. I would appreciate it if the owner could clarify why the security guard was occupied on the phone instead of assisting customers who were trying to enter a locked door, all while using loud and offensive language in proximity to families. Thank you!

I wish I could give this restaurant zero stars. This location is terrible. The only reason I came here is because it's close to my home. The service is definitely not up to Chick-fil-A standards. During each of my three visits, I've had to wait 20 minutes inside. This morning, I waited 20 minutes just for a cup of coffee during breakfast hours. How is that even possible? Their curbside service is nearly non-existent; it’s the only Chick-fil-A I’ve seen that doesn’t follow the rules that every other franchise abides by. I will never return to this disappointing location. Someone really needs to come in and train these employees properly.

This Chick-fil-A is truly fantastic! The service is consistently quick, the employees are very professional, and the lines move rapidly. I can always count on them to get our orders right. I look forward to visiting every weekend to enjoy their waffle fries with Polynesian sauce, which is my absolute favorite. The food is always hot and cooked to perfection, and the staff excels at managing the flow of cars while serving customers efficiently. Additionally, I tried their pumpkin spice milkshake for the first time today, November 8th, 2022, and it was made perfectly. It was delicious! This is an outstanding establishment—definitely a five out of five!
