Carrabba's Italian Grill Atlanta Ashford Crossing

Quick solo dinner while traveling for work. The location is surrounded by other restaurants and a large parking garage with free parking. The area itself gets incredibly busy during rush hour, but even so, the plaza didn’t seem very busy on a weeknight. Service was friendly and very fast. Food quality matched other Carrabba’s chains that I have been do.

Dinner at Carrabba's was excellent. We had two hours between flights and a more upscale dinner than fast food was a welcome change. We were seated right away and our wait took our drink order within about 2 minutes. He was very friendly and brought the food out while it was hot. I've eaten here several times and never had service issues. The chicken Bryan was excellent as usual. We enjoyed our dinner and still had plenty of time to make the flight without rushing. I will say that this is not the place to go if you don't have plenty of time between flights.

I've been to the Carrabba's in Jacksonville FL which I loved! But my experience here was ok. Our waitress didn't really check on us much at all and she wasn't very informative and we had a hard time hearing her whenever we ask a question and we kept having to have her repeat herself. But the food was good.

Ive been to this location in the past and have had no problems but this visit made me not want to return. Our waitress was friendly but not attentive. We recieved our entrees before our appetizer. It took 3 plates of food to get my husband's order correct with each plate prepared worst than the first. I had the Talapia and it was good. The mashed potatoes had too much pepper though. The window cill in our booth had dead bugs in it and was extremely dusty. Though the manager came to help get my husband's order correct they didn't even offer to comp us for the inconvenience. I finished my entire meal before he even received his correct order. Though everyone's demeanor was friendly. The service wasn't. We wont be back.

We went to Carrabba 's because we had a recommendation and we were not dissapointed! You have enough spaces to park your car and its easy to reach. The food was excellent. As a starter we had the Tuesday Evening special, the Bruscette and as entrees we had lamb chops and Linguini with seafood and the Vodka sauce. Both was awesome! Also the recommended wine for the lamb chops went really well with the food. Staff was super friendly and fast. So all in all it was a very good experience. We certainly will come back...
