I always get the Hush puppies along with the Jalapeno Poppers and Cheesesticks with Marinara sauce. The food is great, but the location aka atmosphere is ghetto in a hooded area of the plaster is also torn up. The service is slow because they almost always ask us to wait for our food, and that is when we order just like 3 things or less. So yes, deliciously prepared food, great tasting meals, just slow service sometimes and the environment is a bit ashy. But 5 out of 5 for the food.

Terrible experience. I have already left an evaluation on the company website without success. I order two 3pc fish with okra and added 2 drinks. To summarize it, the fish was cold when we got it and okra was burned. Did not receive drinks and had to ask for them. Had to wait 15 minutes at the window, just to be terrible for my food and spent almost $30 for nothing. I had to literally throw away the food. Would not recommend this location.

Coleslaw was warm, shrimps were dry and hard, frits were soft and greasy. Customer service was worse than food. The girl wires the fire red hair and the face piercings, in any case must be trained in Manners 101.

Food ok. Waited in drive through line 15 mins. I ordered online. And order was wrong and could not get a refund because it was ordered on line.

I was early for lunch however the service was good. I hadn't been here in quite some time and I couldn't remember what I wanted. I gave my order and the person taking my order through the drive through service was professional giving me my options. I ordered an drove up and paid by card and shortly my food was ready, didn't take long. I parked in the parking lot and ate my food. It was hot and delicious. I plan to return soon!
