Blaze Pizza - Atlanta

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. When I walked in, I found the staff engaged in conversation rather than attending to customers. It took roughly five minutes for anyone to approach me and ask for my order. When I requested to speak with the manager, one of the employees lounging around turned out to be the assistant manager. I asked for the name of the store manager, and he gave me a card with the contact information. I called and emailed him, but he never responded. Overall, this was the worst dining experience I've ever had.

There was a lot of loud music and rapping happening during my visit. Unfortunately, the staff didn't seem to pay much attention to customer service. I also think they need to understand what "drizzle" means and how to cut a pizza evenly. My pizza was drenched in balsamic vinegar – it looked more like soup than a pizza.

Ordered 2 pizzas through UberEATS. Went in to pick it up to save waiting time from delivery 1 was ready when I got there I waited almost 30 mins for second pizza. Then manager tried to give me first pizza that was cold from the wait. He reheated it for 5+ more minutes. Out of frustration AND time, I took the pizzas and left... When we opened the boxes, discovered order was WRONG. He gave me someone else's food it after we tried to eat it out of hunger, discovered one had spicy sausage, artichokes and other ingredients that couldn't be tolerated. Ended up trashing the food and finding something else for dinner.

Love Blaze Pizza and I really love the service I received. The young vibrant lady lete uknow they were out of vegan cheese and that's fine I don't do cheese on pizza that much. She had GLasses was Asian or white make sure you⁴check this gem out. Sswirl will be back #sswirlworld #sswirl

When I received my pizza, I opened the box and noticed that the edges were burnt and some pieces had a burnt bottom as well. I explained to the worker that I had requested it to be lightly baked. He insisted it was. I asked him how it could be lightly baked if there were burnt edges and pieces, which should mean it was taken out before being fully cooked. He didn’t offer any solution and just went about his business. That was strike one! The meal was supposed to come with a 20 oz. soda. I asked for a fountain cup, and he handed me a 16 oz. cup. I pointed out that the website stated it came with a 20 oz. soda. He tried to argue that the cup was indeed 20 oz., but I could clearly see it wasn’t. I insisted on getting a bottle instead, but of course, all the soda didn’t fit into the cup because it wasn’t a true 20 oz. cup! Strike two! Now, onto the taste: it was disappointing. The pizza had way too much sauce for a thin crust, and it was oozing everywhere. There was no distinctive flavor—just an overwhelming generic sauce that didn't taste good (despite being labeled as 'spicy'). I understand now why they offer sea salt as a topping because the pizza definitely needed it! Of course, the burnt aspects contributed to an overall unpleasant taste. I won’t be returning, and I do not recommend this place.
