Applebee's Grill - Atlanta

We placed our order and the appetizers came out rather quickly. We had 5 people who placed orders. 2 orders came out and then about 10 minutes later the 3rd. came out. We then waited about 10 more minutes for the other 2 plates, they came out with the burgers but no fries- the fries came about 8 minutes later. Everything was hot the just need to work on the food delivery. Our waiter was good, it wasn't his fault the plates were staggered.

Taylor was an amazing server, she was super attentive. She gave us a great experience we gave the same in return! She’s the best! I’ll def come back see her!

Our bartender Taylor was amazing! She was very friendly and took excellent care of us.

Don 't even waste your time or money going here. Upon entering the restaurant it had an indescribable smell to it that wasn 't typical food smell. You could immediately tell that the place is understaffed. Still we gave it a try. The host was a nice guy that approached us as soon as he saw us and seated us which made me hopeful. He told us our waitress would be with us soon so we sat there waiting being mindful because it seemed as there were only 3 servers. But it took about 10 minutes for us to even see our waitress to tell us she would be with us in a minute. She finally showed back up and had a horrible attitude. She spoke so fast to tell us her name I 'm guessing she really didn 't want us to remember it. We had 2 children with us and one of our sons asked about a Lemonade flavor then asked about another one and then got rude asking him so which one you want cause you just asked me about one now you asking about another he 's a child thats what they do. She also got snappy with my husband when he gave our child his straw and made a rude comment on his parenting (totally unprofessional! . Also he was asking about a wing flavor instead of informing him of the flavors they had available she got snappy again in the middle of me trying to order, I had to repeat myself 3 times for her to finally hear it.The only reason I didn 't get snappy back is because i knew she would be handing our food, and honestly when we got it it was tasteless and bland. The whole experience was completely horrible. It took a total of 2 hours and 20mins for our whole experience to be over and for most of that time we waited for food, drinks, or 1 single take out box. She definitely needs to be fired!!!! Or the whole restaurant needs to be shut down because they do not seem to care about their customers or value their time by how slow they move or get your orders to you. The only server I saw actually doing their job properly and trying their best to give their customers a great experience was the guy with locs. Otherwise the whole place would be trash.

Waiting’s for over an hour and a half just for the drinks and appetizers. Food came much later and was cold. The server guy told us that the place wasn’t a good place and that he was preparing to quit. He was honest. When asked to speak to manager they told me manager was in the kitchen cooking. Manager came out about 10 mins later and we told him we were unhappy and just wanted to leave at that point. He took care of the ticket but overall won’t be back.
