Cafe Gelateria Aurora - ATINA

Visited this cafe twice. It serves delicious homemade icecream, three large scoops in a large cone for €3! Mint, cherry and strawberry in my cone, but lots of other flavours available. They also sold drinks and pastries but we didn't sample them- too busy eating the icecream. Lovely seating area outside and lots of people coming and going. Lovely atmosphere. People from Atina were very friendly. Get down there!!

Lovely cafe. Nice spot to sit and watch the world go by and enjoy a coffee, pastry or amazing gelato with friends. Very reasonably priced. Found the staff welcoming and helpful. Very good service.

Very nice place with nice people. They serve the traditional Italian breakfast. You 'll be eating croissant with mostly locals, who come either before work for the quick cafè or families on holiday enjoying their time. I would definitely recommend the freshly pressed orange juice. The ice-cream is one of the best I 've ever eaten in my life, no kidding. On sunday during the high season, for 5€, at lunch time, you can enjoy a drink and a nice buffet made by a restaurant while listening to nice live music, usually two people singing and playing the guitar. As you might have understood, it 's a place we find ourselves often returning to.
