Very friendly and hey it's died! I have my coffee so that the world became much more beautiful.

Alright, for some reason there is a very loud noise while trying to order at the counter. I think it's meant to isolate sound for some reason but it's very unpleasant.On the upside the staff was able to answer my questions about size, portion, flavor, and general ingredient inclusions so that I could order the drink I needed.

I am not sure why, but the espresso at this restaurant is incredibly weak. Every espresso-based drink I have ordered here tastes like water. When I tried asking for extra shots to make it stronger, the baristas seemed to compensate by adding less ice and more milk. dieucks takes pride in consistency, so it is very disappointing and frustrating when customers order a $6 drink and it tastes nothing like what they have had in the past. I have learned my lesson and will stick to teas and frappuccinos here; I will leave the shaken espressos and macchiatos to others.
