Diner - Athlone

I decided to treat my sister to breakfast and popped into Dave's Diner between Drogheda and Julianstown on the old Dublin Road. There is plenty of parking and from the outside it has an American feel. Inside the seating is comfortable and private. The menu is excellent for Breakfast and lunch or for a bite to eat during the day. The staff are efficient and very friendly. We both opted for the Full-Breakfast with water, coffee and tea. The breakfast had two sausage, two bacon, egg, Black and white pudding, and tomato. It was perfectly cooked and served with toast. This place is a class to eat in, excellent value, super food and very homely. Thankyou for the brilliant food, keep up the great work and yes yes yes we will be back. Awesome place.

I had an incredible breakfast here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This is where I always go for Sunday morning breakfast, and I am always satisfied. Keep up the great work! I will definitely be back soon.

Dave Diner is a great greasy spoon. Pardon the pun. Service is fantastic and food is excellent, And plenty of it. You will not leave hungry. And services also very quick and the staff are very nice

If your looking for a local place that does a great breakfast this is the spot. Great service and great well priced food. Always busy in the morning which is a good sign. Food delicious.

I want to express my sincere thanks to the delightful cashier at the restaurant today for his kindness when we stopped by to pick up my glasses. I also adored the unique forget-me-not blue toilet seat. Your kindness was truly appreciated.
