Rani Family Restaurant

The lunch at Rani Family Restaurant, located on the way to Mundakayam, was excellent. The Kerala meal was delicious, featuring high quality rice and tasty side dishes. This restaurant specializes in traditional Kerala cuisine such as meals, porotta, and bark. The food was served fresh and the service was prompt. Despite being a bit crowded during midday, the staff was accommodating and quickly found us seats without a long wait. Overall, a great dining experience.

On 14.09.2019 I was randomly a night in her room. even though they promised, breakfast in the morning, never show up. this is just an ordinary hotel, but no other goes, but to stay for a night requirement.

We were three of us who visited this hotel on the way back from thekkady to pandalam. it is a small restaurant, not flashy with many vehicles parked affront, when we reached there at 2.15 o'clock we were skeptical for the hygienic aspekte and the quality of the...food but the lunch served was so delicious, very traditional South-Kerala taste. reis with orange coconut bottom fish cure, avial, meenpeera, kumbalanga moru curry, pavakka thoran,kadumanga achar, velichena mulagu chammandi, sambar and rasam n papadom. every dish was really delicious and we asked for more curries. charged at rs120 for the meal it was worth every penny for the quality and taste of the food and the location.

Well to have nadan kerala style lunch with thoran, aviyal, samber, fish curry, bark meat fries is a must-test! good customer service!

What an ugly and expensive hotel to be. This place is very badly maintained, but people out of no choice left, depend on them. Also expensive too for the quality they maintain.
