Terrapin Beer Co.

I wish I had more time to enjoy this place but, I was kinda on a time restraint.

Otw to another destination, I purposefully drove the long way through Athens specifically to go to Terrapin, and it's literally so low key, I breezed right by it (twice! without even seeing it. It's just a humble little spot in the middle of town for this little beer factory. Definitely stop and lend some patronage to Terrapin next time you're in Athens there is much awesome beer to be had! If you vibe with hops, the Luau IPA will not disappoint :D

I remember going to Terrapin Brewery with my Nephew for my Birthday back in 2011 which was July 15th. It was fun and I got a Happy Birthday Terrapin Birthday glass. I had it until it fell out of the freezer and broke so I want to get a new replacement. I plan on going there soon by myself I guess. I like the Hopsecutioner

The Beer is just fine. Don’t go to the actual brewery though. Staff is un professional and will leave you not liking the beer. They had a huge event and no one to help park. Which led to my car being blocked in a giant field. Was stuck for 30 minutes guiding traffic in hopes to help prevent others parking behind and blocking other cars. I had to play parking attendant for this huge company and when I was finally able to get the woman in charge and threatened to get a tow truck in did she show any actual interest in the huge parking problem building outside. The bar tenders were trying. but I needed the Head Manger on Duty to take this problem seriously and she kinda blew me off. I ended up having to go person to person myself and ask everyone at the event if they were the person blocking me in. Any how! Won’t be going back. Im embarrassed I bought company T-shirt and Hat with this company logo on it TBH after that experience.

Eron, Russel, Mary Marybeth, and everyone at Terrapin are a delight. Leadership there is so helpful to the community, plus they have great beer!
