Taco Bell

Today is May 9, 2024. After a tiring day at work, my partner and I decided to grab a bite at Taco Bell. Unfortunately, we were left hungry and disappointed when we found out that the restaurant was not taking any orders due to a lack of staff. Despite our attempts to communicate with the employees, we received no response. We were shocked to see the doors locked and several employees hanging out in front of the dining area. This experience was embarrassing and unprofessional. This happened around 6:15 pm. We urge the management to make improvements.

The service at this restaurant was extremely poor. I have been to this location multiple times using the drive-thru, and each time the staff was rude and made me come inside to pick up my order. I filed a complaint through the Taco Bell app, but have not heard back yet.
