Trappeze Llc - Athens

This place is great and right in the heart of downtown Athens. Nice place to take our college daughters when visiting. The hamburger was cooked really well and will cook based on temperature you like. The fries are awesome and come with all the burgers and sandwiches. Fresh cut potatoes and fried really well. We got ours with rosemary and the garlic aioli. My wife had a so I chicken sandwich. It was enough to share and was juicy, which is hard with chicken breast. My daughter had the grilled cheese which was far from your at home grilled cheese. The cheese, buttery toast and bacon made it great and very rich. Also large portion. The burger we got had pimento cheese, the burger was great but they put a lot of pimento cheese that was over the top for me, so I simply scraped some off. It's a very popular place, and you need to get your name on the list. Definitely recommend.

We always love this place! Most unique elite craft beer selection, appetizers, cheese boards if you want a real lamb burger they serve the best we've found ever! You can't go wrong here, highly recommend!

Dear Lord I have to say that is the best egg Benedict I've ever had. I'm sorry it was a double pig egg Benedict. The food was amazing and the chef was so fabulous. The service was on point! Great cocktail selection for brunch. Such an amazing place stop by on a Sunday and spend a few hours in Athens. Very much highly recommend this place. Amazingly clean and again I cannot ride about the service enough. Thank you guys so much and I look forward to seeing you guys shortly when I come back through Athens. Thank you for everything!

Not as good as it was when it opened. It looks like an over polished bbq place now. Drinks were pretty decent. I got the Dusty Roads, though the grasshopper garnish, looked more like a bug just landed in it. I thought it would be like a normal sized grasshopper. It was just the back end, so it didn't add anything to the drink

The service was always great here and I am intermittently on the way in the last 4 years. her menu is simple, but wonderful and the beer they serve couple perfectly with eating. would recommend the garlic aioli sauce. they have some vegan friendly options that are not half-bad. I would bring a coworker or a friend at any time.
