Shane's Rib Shack - Athens

It’s important for those in the service industry to be more courteous, as they are dealing directly with people. My first order was for a hamburger, and she warned me that it would take a long time to cook. Despite that, I still wanted it. It’s disheartening to see such a lack of courtesy in the industry, especially when I remember a time when things were different. It’s truly sad to deal with rude service when you’re trying to enjoy a meal and spend your money.

I really enjoy my local Shane's; it's always clean and the food is consistently delicious! The customer service is excellent most of the time.

The food was lousy, I never realized you could have ribs and chicken as fast food, but you can if it is kept in the smoker all day and dry as hell, it sucked big time. Is there a minus rating?????

I've always had a great experience here, and the food is consistently delicious. Even during their less-than-best moments, the food has still been enjoyable.

I frequently stop at Shane's to eat and usually have a good experience. This location just doesn't have it together. They messed up our sides and never offered to make it right when i letbthem know. In addition to that, ALL of the salt was wet. I'm not sure what that was about. Anyway, I'll continue to eat at Shane's, but this store will be a no-go for me moving forward.
