Bidrage med feedbackThis place rocks! My wife and I love coming here for breakfast when we're in town. Come early though! It seems like they're always packed especially around 10 12. Parking can kind of be a pain but it's much better here than at the location in Athens.Food: 5/5
The only reason why I gave it a 3 on service is because it was our first time here. The host never told us once our table was ready that we had to order first before we sat down. We didn't have much time to look over the menu because there was a kine forming behind us. Had we been told this, we would've been ready to order. We will give this place another try.
Such a great brunch place and the biscuits are easily the best part of every menu item here! 10/10 atmosphere, just be prepared for the long waits
I really like Mama’s Boy. and sitting out on the patio with the dogs, listening to the waterfalls, is just lovely. This is more of a critique of their description of salmon patties Benedict. They are made with canned, not fresh salmon, and the sauce is most definitely not hollandaise, more like tarter sauce with added sour cream. That being said, they were good, just not as described nor what I expected. I’ll go back, just won’t order those again.
This is now our go to spot when we visit Athens. We have never had a long wait and the parking is spacious. Quick, friendly service. Food is well prepared and delicious. This go around we had the banana bread for a starter. It was hot and gone before I could get a good picture. my son had half stack of pancakes and bacon and had no complaints. I had the mill town breakfast plate with over-easy eggs, grits, bacon sourdough toast. I also got a side of the jalapeño bacon jam. Yum. Husband had the farm and said it was good he likes the gravy.
