I did not receive my loaded brownie cookie, just a brownie. I did not get my Ice cream cup. My deluxe cookie was burnt. I did receive a box of 4 cookies and 12 mini cookies I did not order. I would have rather the items been cancelled and refunded than getting stuff I didnt want. Or an explanation at all would have been nice as well. Insomnia is expensive and I would like a choice in what I get.
These are the best cookies in Athens and the delivery time is great.
My cookie was so burnt that I couldn't eat it. The ice cream was good though. Super sad about the cookie.
Loved the caramel cookie it was delicious and mouth watery. Enjoy cookies from insomnia
