Blind Pig Tavern Eastside

Waitress never checked on us and was MIA the whole time. Finally found her up front sitting down on her phone. We never got refills. My kids food was cold when it was put on our table. The wings were dry, only one side of my husband's bread was toasted. My salad dressing tasted like mayonnaise. I have been recommending this place to my customers, as I work in hospitality, as it used to be good a few years ago; and now I won't be. Sorry this place went so down hill : .

This was my first experience ordering ahead from this restaurant. I placed an online order at 6 PM for pickup an hour and ten minutes later. Unfortunately, both entrees I ordered were incorrect. I received lemon pepper wings instead of the garlic parmesan I requested, and the burger was missing the tomato, making it quite dry. It's hard to believe that both dishes were wrong after giving a full hour's notice. Despite this, I gave it 4 stars because the overall food quality was good, although the celery had brown edges and the lettuce leaf was wilted. It was still a disappointing experience, especially for $28 and a 40-minute round trip.

I ordered a BBQ pulled pork sandwich because I had a craving for one, and my usual spot was closed. I thought it would be hard to mess up something so simple—just pulled pork smothered in BBQ sauce. But I was completely mistaken. The flavor was nothing like BBQ at all; in fact, it tasted utterly disgusting, almost like vomit. It was the worst thing I've ever eaten. Save your money and don't bother coming here. Clearly, the name "Blind Pig" fits because it seems like a blind pig was responsible for this food.

I have visited several locations, and while everything was great at this one, our server was not up to par. We often had to signal other staff members to get refills or condiments. Have been coming here for a year now service is excellent as well as the food.
