Burgerology - Astoria

Excellent burgers and fries. The beyond burger is convincing to my taste in both texture and flavor (I'm a meat lover). Best pretzel bun I've had, highly recommend (it's worth the up charge). I docked them one star only because they never get their time estimate right, it's always 30-80% late. The food is excellent though and I order from them regularly regardless, just expecting it to come late (or I give them some extra time before going to pick up).

I ordered the HENRY FORD burger, sadly it was missing the bacon. Otherwise, food was great.

I came here with high expectations and sadly I didn?t get that. Like many other reviews have said, the food is BLAND! Like there is hardly any flavor or moisture in anything. The burgers were very dry, and loaded fries were so dry as well. I even found a hair in them. The wings, onion rings and especially Mac n cheese and Mac n cheese balls were so so bland we needed to drop a ton of salt on it. It?s not nasty food it just needs flavoring. I?ll likely come back IF they
