I and my father went to the Hoagie shop after big lots and Chicken Parmigiana is so good and I really like it?

I needed the hoagies for a trip. They made them for travel . Excellent job! Friendly staff and DELICIOUS hoagies!

I wish I could say my sandwich was good. But it wasn't. The tomatoes were old and mealy and the cheese smelled like stinky feet and tasted gross. The customer service when my food was picked up was ok though.

I've been coming to this primos a little over a year when I'm in the area and I've never been dissapointed. I always get a large big t with the works and puevlon on one side. My order continues to be right with each visit. The staff is cool and laid back which I know dealing with the public all day can be rough especially when putting up with different personalities and demands. I drive past two other places that make hoggies. At one place they always have terrible attitudes regardless of how pleasant you are and they constantly mess up orders. At the other spot the people act as if they were kidnapped and are being held against their will so they throw your order together quickly with minimum effort just to stop the beatings from management. I'll take this primos over those two other locations any day of the week.

When my friend didn?t know my rewards phone number to enter, he cancelled the order. When I returned with him just minutes later to reorder, we were not acknowledged at all, and all FOUR employees were at the prep counter or handing over preordered sandwiches. Instead, we?re told they were no longer taking orders, though we, and another customer, were there well prior to 20 minutes of closing. The disregard displayed is not indicative of quality customer service. Zero stars was not an option, though clearly it would have been my selection.
