I wonder why hotel restaurants always enjoy a bad reputation... This time I wanted to try again this restaurant whose menu is sharp in the hotel lifts and tease whenever you take it and... Azz! What an experience! Antipasto tartare of salmon on carpaccio of shrimps and cream of fennel... I wanted the recipe of cream! Exceptional. I reached colleagues who stayed in the hotel and wanted to stay at dinner there at the restaurant CeceNero. I don't hide my initial skepticism but it was a surprise! I ate an excellent risotto cacio and pepper, artichokes filled with burrata and the best tiramisu ever tried in my life! By chance, a few weeks ago, I found myself having dinner at the Black Cece. Restaurant well attended and guests of the hotel and from whom like me decided to dine outside the house.
