Bidrage med feedbackThe parking space in the front of the restaurant was okay, but a little tight for my Yukon XL. I ordered a Turkish pizza equivalent, which was bland and dry with a burnt crust.
Not lahmacun. Perhaps this place makes a good Italian American farewell. I don't know. I went there because I wanted a Turkish pizza called lacmacun. I often had it in the turkey and was thrilled when you eat it in pittsburgh. which they serve as lacmacun does not bear similarity with the court in the turkey. what a disappointment.
We usually order delivery for lunch in our office. Delivery takes around 45 minutes , so we order ahead of time. The food is great. The Mediterranean platter is my favorite. Definitely recommended, it's one of best in area.
This past Saturday me and my wife ordered a Greek pizza with extra meat and Jalapeños from Ephesus in Aspinwall and received what you see in the picture I attached. This pizza was dry (No White Sauce) , no extra meat, no WOW affect when I opened the box and no pleasurable taste when I took a bite out of the only piece I ate. I called for an explanation received a very rude lady who refused to reimburse us or just credit us if we returned the pizza. I don't want this to reflect on all of the Ephesus locations, the downtown location is OUTSTANDING!!!!!!! I couldn't eat this nasty pizza and turned to Pizza Marsala and received the pizza you see in the picture I attached. This pizza was OUTSTANDING and gave me the WOW experience when I opened the box. The taste was even better. All ingredients on this pizza were fresh and inviting. Ephesus Aspinwall, never again!!!!! Ephesus downtown and Pizza Marsala..... See you
The main strength of this restaurant is its extensive variety of dining options. From traditional pizza to kebabs and pide, a Turkish pizza, they offer a wide range of choices. Their menu includes classics like pfefferminze and crab and goat cheese. For my meal, I ordered a pide efes, a pide with cheese, and a zigarette bore. The borek was a good size and the feta tasted delicious, though some pieces were not completely filled with cheese. The pide efes had plenty of meat and was decently seasoned, but had a strange aftertaste. The cheese pide was rich but had a thin, somewhat greasy crust. The salads were average, mostly just greens with a few extras. I also tried their margarita pizza, baklava, falafel, cheesecake, and mushroom and ricotta pizza. The individual desserts were a bit pricey, as were the larger options (even without added toppings). The ricotta was in small portions but quite tasty, and the pizza was not greasy but had a crispy crust. The baklava was overly sweet and lacking in flavor, while the cheesecake was delicious and well-portioned. The falafel was crunchy and satisfying.
