Wild Rose Cafe - ASPEN

The pastries here are absolutely delicious! I had a breakfast sandwich made with a buttery croissant, and it was fantastic. We returned for lunch and had the pleasure of meeting a lovely local couple, John and Bunny. They shared with us that the original owner was French and had run the place for 15 years before retiring. He passed down all his French recipes to Freddy's Spanish family. Now we understand why the pastries are so wonderful!

I only tried a latte and a croissant, but they were both delicious. Everything else on display looked wonderful too. It's a small, cozy place to eat inside, with a great selection of pastries and mini quiches.

Charming little hidden gem! It's hands down the best breakfast burrito I've ever eaten!

We picked up a baguette, croissant and peach tart. Tbh, peach tart saved the day. The baguette croissant were gummy (under baked? Too much yeast? , both has decent flavor. I will return to try other pastries and the attached taqueria!

This cute little bakery offers amazing food. They offer Delicious, flaky pastries, fresh baked breads and yummy breakfast burritos. The staff is incredibly friendly and are taking every precaution to keep their bakery clean and safe.
